Oliver Peters is the founder of Loud Solutions Consultancy, LLC (Loud Solutions).
With over 13 years of industry experience, Oliver Peters has a deep understanding of talent attraction + retention. With a focus on executive level search and outsourced recruitment solutions. Before starting Loud Solutions, Oliver grew to executive vice president at Hydrogen Group and sat on the executive board at Trinnovo Group. Managing teams and strategical company imperatives focused on improving customer partnerships and sales.
Oliver founded Loud Solutions to fill a GAP in the market. That GAP is tired hiring plans, outdated selection processes and ineffective talent attraction strategies. Loud Solutions offers a robust alternative to traditional hiring methods amplifying the future of talent attraction + retention. Working with founders, investors, and decision-makers to secure the right executive teams and partnering with those companies during growth.
