Meet Oliver Peters

Oliver Peters is the founder of Loud Solutions Consultancy, LLC (Loud Solutions), a consultancy that specializes in empowering early-stage companies to scale smarter and grow faster through embedded, end-to-end people solutions.

With over 13 years of experience, Oliver has honed his expertise in early-stage growth, particularly in the areas of executive-level search and end-to-end people solutions. Prior to founding Loud Solutions, Oliver held leadership roles at Hydrogen Group, where he rose to the position of Executive Vice President, and at Trinnovo Group, where he served on the executive board. Throughout his career, he has led teams and spearheaded strategic initiatives to strengthen customer partnerships and sales performance.

Oliver founded Loud Solutions to fill a critical gap in the market: the slow time to scale and inefficient processes that hinder early-stage companies. Too many startups struggle with outdated hiring plans and ineffective talent strategies, leading to delays in scaling and missed growth opportunities. Loud Solutions provides an alternative, offering strategic, scalable people solutions that drive long-term success and streamline the growth journey.

Focused exclusively on high-growth companies from Pre-Seed to Series A, Oliver understands the unique challenges these companies face in scaling their teams and operations.
