Finding the best talent for one’s organization, especially in the area of biotechnology and life sciences can be challenging. One of the goals of PepVax, Inc, of which I am the co-founder, Chairman and CSO, is to build new  firms around our patented technology named SMARTmid™: a proprietary DNA plasmid vector therapeutic delivery system. It was perfect timing when Oliver reached out to me via LinkedIn for our firm  was in the process of forming a company in the North Carolina area.  I must add that presently, I am working on a large biotech/life science real estate and business incubator project beside the work that I am doing with PepVax, Inc. I will need a firm that will help us employ the best and the brightest when the building process is done..
